摘要
本文探讨了人参皂甙免疫调节效应的神经内分泌通路。将微量人参皂甙(5×10^(-9)kg/侧)经慢性导管直接导入大鼠双侧海马后,其胸腺细胞ConA增殖反应增强,胸腺细胞自发掺入增加,腹腔巨噬细胞分泌IL-1增多,血清免疫复合物下降,提示人参皂甙可通过海马调整免疫功能。
With the help of intrahippocampal microinjection technique, the neuroend-ocrine mechanism of immune effect of ginsenosides ( GS ) was studied in rats. After the injection of GS into the 2 hippocampi ( EC ) directly by conduits at the dose of 50μg per day each side for 4 days, ConA induced proliferation and spontaneous proliferation activity of thymocytes were enhanced significantly as compared with control group. IL- 1 secretion of periteneal macrophages was also increased, and the amount of serum circulating immune complexes was decreased. These results suggest that GS can indirectly adjust immune functions via HC.
