摘要
目的 :探讨应用鼻内镜下经筛窦行眶内壁骨折整复术。方法 :鼻内镜下经前鼻孔进入开放筛窦 ,将嵌入筛房的眶脂肪及内直肌还纳回眶内 ,应用 1mm厚硅胶板修补充填孔洞。结果 :4 0例患者 ,平均术后随访 12个月 ,复视消失 ,眼球内陷矫正 ,无硅胶排异。结论 :鼻内镜下经筛窦行眶内壁骨折整复术 ,具有皮肤无瘢痕、手术损伤小、并发症少 。
Objective: To explore the effect of restitution of intraorbital fracture by approach of the ethmoid sinus under nasal endoscopy.Methods:Forty patients (28 males and 12 females,ranging in age from 15 to 54 years old)with intraorbital fracture were treated by surgery of nasal endoscopy for restitution.Under the nasal endoscope,the ethmoid sinus was opened,then the impacted orbital lipid and medial rectus in the ethmoid sinus were pushed into the orbit,and the pores were filled with silicone.Result:Postoperatively with a follow\|up of 12 months,40 cases showed neither diplopia nor rejection of silicone,and the endophthalmos were corrected.Conclusion:Our result indicated that the restitution of intraobital fracture treated by approach of the ethmoid sinus under nasal endoscopy had advantages such as no scars,light operative injury,less complications,and great safety.
