摘要
本文对10例异氟醚复合麻醉组与10例全凭静脉复合麻醉组,在麻醉前和麻醉后2小时分别取静脉血样本自身前后对照,发现前者血镁由0.66mmol/L增高至0.781mmol/L(P<0.05),后者分别为0.77mmol/L;0.709mmol/L(P>0.05)。两组的血清钠钾钙无显著差异,异氟醚复合麻醉组,麻醉后血清镁明显增高。异氟醚麻醉期间肌松作用较强,可能与血镁增高有关。
Serum electrolytes were determined before and at 2 h of geueral anesthesia in 2 groups of surgical patients : group I, 6 males and 4 females, aged 41.35 ±0.12, under isoflurane with supplementary intravenous compound anesthetic ( IPA ) ; group II, 7 males and 3 females, aged 43.6±0.3, under IPA alone. The results showed that the serum Mg2+ increased from 0.66 ±0.06 to 0.781±0.057 mmol/L ( P<0.05 ) in group I, but this change was insignificant in group II(P>0.05) . The changes of Na+, K+ and Ca2+ were insignificant in both groups ( P>0.05 ). It is believd that the better muscle relaxation observed in group I is related to the elevation of serum Mg2+ level following the administration of isoflurane.
