摘要
针对油田注水工艺存在高压闸阀易卡易漏、人工调节不安全和易产生“倒灌出砂”等问题 ,研究开发了油田注水井无线智能监控网络系统。其中 ,单井智能双流调节阀装置是整个系统的基础单元 ,由智能控制器、电动执行机构、双流调节阀及干压表、油压表等组成。装置具有注水井工况显示、控制参数设定、远程阀门开度调控、数据处理和存储等多种功能。 9口井的现场试验证明 ,这种单井智能双流调节阀实现了精确注水 ,平稳注水 ,可防止倒灌出砂并降低工人劳动强度。
To regulate the water injection rate by high-pressure gate valves is unsafe and unreliable, therefore a wireless intelligent control system for water injection wells is developed. The dual-flow regulating valve assembly is the essential component of the system, which is comprised of intelligent controller, electric executive mechanism, dual-flow regulating valve, main pressure gauge and oil pressure meter. The assembly has the functions of water injection well working condition display, control parameter setting, and remote control of valve opening and data processing and storage. Field application shows that, by using the intelligent regulating valve, smooth and accurate water injection can be realized.
