摘要
用紫外分光光度计法测定血中茶碱,计算兔静注茶碱后,茶碱药代动力学参数,根据参数进行预期坪水平恒速静滴及指数衰减滴注,结果提示指数衰减滴注的血药浓度实验值与理论值之间无显著性差异。我们推导的函数方程能表达兔指数衰减滴注血药浓度时间变化的规律。指数衰减滴注15min时的血药浓度达预期坪水平的53%相当于恒速静滴6小时的血药浓度。
Theophyline as the model drug was injected into male rabbits intravenously; the Plasma concentrations of the drug at defined intervals were measured by means of ultraviolet sPectroPhotometry; and the data were utilized to calculate the Pharmacokinetic Parameters. Constant rate intravenous infusion and exponentially declining infusion were instilled to obtain the same target concentration as the Parameters indicated. The results showed that the experimental data of Plasma theophyline were well close to the theoratical values derived according to the function equation formulated by the authors Previously. And in 15 min of exponentially declining infusion,the Plasma concentration rapidly reached 53% of the expectant Plateau level, or the level that was reached after 6 hours of constant rate intravenous infusion.
