吗啡对低位脑干胆碱乙酰化酶活力的影响

EFFECTS OF MORPHINE ON ACTIVITIES OF CHOLINE ACETYLASE IN LOWER BRAIN STEM OF RATS AND RABBITS

摘要 本文用放射免疫测定法测定了吗啡对家兔、大鼠低位脑干胆碱乙酰化酶(ChAT)活力的影响.兔iv吗啡8mg/kg及9×10^(-6),10^(-6),10^(-4)M吗啡体外温孵均对低位脑干ChAT活力无显著影响(P>0.05).大鼠iP吗啡40mg/kg,呼吸幅度下降,低位脑干乙酰胆碱含量显著增加(P<0.01),对ChAT活力无明显影响(P>0.05)。 The effect of morphine on the activity of choline acetylase ( ChAT ) in the lower brain stem of rats and rabbits was determined by radioimmunoassay. When rabbits were given morphine 8 mg/kg iv, the respiratory rate was reduced ( P<0.01 ) , the activity of ChAT was not altered significantly ( P> 0.05 ) . Incubation of rabbit lower brain stem tissue with 10-4, 10-3 and 9×10-3 M morphine revealed no alteration of ChAT activity either. Similar experiments on rats after morphine 40 mg/kg ip revealed respiratory depression, no alteration of ChAT activity (P>0.05), but increase of Ach content in the lower brain stem ( P<0.01 ) .
