摘要
简要论述了提高项目控制水平的几个主要途径。经过一系列EPC总承包工程的实践,逐步形成以工作流为主线、以物资流为载体、以资金流为控制关键的进度控制、材料控制、费用控制等一体化控制体系及信息系统,取得了十分显著的成果。
The article briefly introduces the ways to improve project control in EPC projects. By applying modern information technology, the integrated control system is formed including working flow, material flow, capital flow, resulting in good achievements in practice.
