摘要
联盟管道(Alliance Pipeline)阴极保护系统设计内容主要包括两个部分,即干线管道阴极保护和加压站阴极保护。前者的设计依据是沿线土壤的电阻率及输电线路与管道交叉等参数,后者主要是加压站内深井阳极地床。整流器以及测试站等参数。介绍了这些参数的选取过程、确定方法和阴极保护系统的设计要点。对我国西气东输管道阴极保护系统有关设计参数与联盟管道阴极保护系统实际使用的参数进行了比较,结果表明,西气东输管道阴极保护选取的设计参数是合理的,认为联盟管道阴极保护系统的设计经验对指导我国长输管道的设计具有重要的借鉴意义。
The design of Alliance Pipeline's cathodic protection system consists of two parts,that is trunkline ca-thodic protection system and gas compressor station's cathodic protection system. The former's major design basis is the parameter of soil resistivity along the pipeline,the crossings of high-voltage DC transmission line with the pipeline etc. ,and the later is that of deep-anode groundbeds at compressors,rectifiers and potential measurement test stations etc.. The selection,determination method and technical point of cathodic protection system of these parameters are introduced in the paper. A design parameters comparison between Alliance Pipeline's cathodic protection system and the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project is made. The results show that the design parameters of cathodic protection system for the West-to-East Gas Pipeline are available and rational. The authors consider that the design experience of Alliance Pipeline's cathodic protection system can be used as a guideline to refer in the design of cathodic protection system for the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project.
