摘要
在流程型企业CIMS技术还应用得较少 ,根据笔者在CIMS工程开发与实施中的实践 ,阐述了流程型企业CIMS技术的特点和流程型企业CIMS的模型框架 ,CIMS技术在物资供应、生产过程、生产经营和管理方面的应用 ,对实施过程中存在的问题和成功的经验进行了针对性分析 。
The application of CIMS in flow type of industrial enterprises is still on its initial stage. Based on the practice of developing CIMS in Urumqi Petrochemical Company, the authors illustrates the characteristics of CIMS in flow industrial enterprises, the model of CIMS projects and its application in the field of material supply, manufacturing management and so on. By analyzing the problems and summarizing the successful experiences during the implementation of CIMS, the method of its improvement in the future is offered.
