钛氧有机化合物常压低温液相合成纳米二氧化钛晶体的研究 被引量:11

Study on Synthesis of Nanometer TiO_2 Crystal from Titanyl Organic Compou nd in Liquid Phase at Normal Pressure and Low Temp erature

摘要 FTIR and NMR results show that a majority of the solid product prepared fro m the reaction of Ti (OC 4 H 9 ) 4 and excessive(CH 3 CO) 2 O is titanyl acetoxylTiO(OOCCH 3 ) 2.The particle size,shape and formin g process of the crystal were studied with XRD and TEM.The specific area data of a rutile Ti O 2 sample and the powders obtained after calcination at different temp eratures have been measured with BET method. FTIR and NMR results show that a majority of the solid product prepared from the reaction of Ti(OC4H9)(4) and excessive (CH3CO)(2)O is titanyl acetoxyl [TiO(OOCCH3)(2)]. The specific area data of a rutile TiO2 sample and the powders obtained after calcination at different temperatures have been measured with BET method.
