摘要
食品包装需要氧气阻隔性能优异的包装材料以延长产品的货架寿命。综述了目前常用的阻隔氧薄膜研制与生产技术的进展。
One of the most important problems in packing foods and similar products is to achieve a long shelf life by using good oxygen barrier packing films. The recent development of the coating oxygen barrier layers on polymer films will be reported in this paper.
