摘要
采用明胶 (Gel)和N 异丙基丙烯酰胺 (NIPAM)为原料 ,制备了Gel/聚异丙基丙烯酰胺 (PNIPAM)水凝胶系列 ;研究了原料配比、pH值及温度对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响。结果表明 ,当温度大于PNIPAM的最低临界溶液温度 (LCST)值时 ,Gel/PNIPAM水凝胶的溶胀速度随着组分中PNIPAM的增加而降低 ,且溶胀过程以扩散渗透控制为主。而pH对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响与温度有关。Gel/PNIPAM配比为 5 / 5 ,温度大于LCST时 ,水凝胶的pH敏感性受明胶控制 ;温度低于LCST时 ,pH对水凝胶的溶胀速度的影响很小。
Interpenetrating hydrogel network that is sensitive to pH value and temperature has synthesized from gelatin(Gel) and N isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM) with their respective cross linker. The effect of temperature, pH value, the ratio of the component on swelling kinetics of these hydrogel has been investigated. It is shown that the swelling rate increases with the increasing ratio of the Gel, and the diffusion controls the whole swelling process when the temperature is above the LCST. Otherwise, the effect of the pH on the swelling rate depend on the temperature. When the mass ratio of the Gel/PNIPAM is 5/5, the swelling rate of the hydrogel is obviously pH sensitive above LCST. Below the LCSY, the swelling ratio is negligibly effected by pH.
