γ-射线辐照法制备HDPE/PA6阻隔性材料及其性能研究 被引量:5

Study on Irradiating HDPE in Oxygen by γ-Ray Radiation, Blend it with PA6 to Prepare γHDPE/PA6 Barrier Materials and Characterization

摘要 研究了富氧气氛中高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)的γ 射线辐照氧化及其与尼龙 6 (PA6 )的共混增容和共混材料的阻隔性能。FT IR测试结果表明 ,经γ 射线辐照的HDPE与PA6发生了化学反应或产生了弱相互作用。SEM照片显示 4γHDPE(4h辐照 ,6 6Gy/min)与PA6具有良好的相容性 ,PA6在共混体系中呈层状分布。共混材料的阻隔性能测试结果表明 4γHDPE/PA6共混物对二甲苯的阻隔性较HDPE/PA6共混物有明显提高。力学性能测试显示 4γHDPE/PA6共混物力学性能优良。 The oxidation of high density polyethylene (HDPE) by γ ray irradiation in atmosphere of rich oxygen, miscibility of PA6 (polyamide 6) and γHDPE (HDPE irradiating in oxygen by γ ray irradiation) in the blend and the barrier properties of γHDPE/PA6 blend have been investigated. FTIR result shows there are reactions or week interaction between the irradiated HDPE and PA6 in the binary blends. SEM result shows the good compatibility of γHDPE and polyamide 6 (PA6) in the blend, and the PA6 dispersed in the γHDPE matrix in layered structure. This PA6 lamina is good to increase the barrier ability of γHDPE/PA6 blends, so the xylene permeation resistance of 4γHDPE/PA6 blend is improved apparently than 0γHDPE/PA6, the permeation coefficients of xylene decrease from 0.1460 g·m/d·m 2 of 0γHDPE/PA6 blend to 0.0986 g·m/d·m 2 of 4γHDPE/PA6 blend. Testing samples of 4γHDPE/PA6 blend shows its tensile strength is 21.53 Mpa, impact strength is 6.61 kJ/m 2 and elongation at break is 84.20, so 4γHDPE/PA6 blend have good barrier and mechanical properties.
