摘要
对硝基苯甲酸和二氯亚砜在氯苯中回流数小时氯化后 ,在无水三氯化铝作用下酰化 ,得到 4-硝基 -4′-氯二苯甲酮。通过条件试验和正交试验进行优化。产品结构经 IR、1 HNMR。
In chlorobenzene,4 nitrobenzoic acid and sulfuryl chloride was refluxed at 131℃ for 7 h.Then acylation was carried out in the presence of anhydrous alchlor at 80℃ for 2 h that gave 4 nitro 4′ chlorobenzophone in 65.18% yield.The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments.The structure of the product was confirmed with IR, 1HNMR and MS.
