摘要
以 1 ,3 -二苯基 -5 -吡唑酮与丁二酰氯作用 ,合成了一种新的β-二酮螯合剂—— 1 ,4-双 (1′,3′-二苯基 -5′-吡唑酮 -4′) -1 ,4-丁二酮 (BDPPBD) ,收率 64.5 %。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱证实了产物的结构。以 BDPPBD为配体制备了其 Tb( )、Eu( )配合物 ,测定了配合物的荧光光谱 ,结果表明 BDPPBD是 Tb( )发光配合物的优良配体。
A new β diketone chelating reagent,1,4 bis(1′,3′ diphenyl 5 pyrazolone 4′) 1,4 butanedione(BDPP BD),has been synthesized in 64.5% yield by treating a solution of 1,3 diphenyl 5 pyrazolone in dioxane with butanedioyl dichloride using suspended calcium hydroxide as a condensing reagent.The structure of product was confirmed by elementary analysis,FT IR and 1HNMR spectra.The fluorescence spectra of the Tb(Ⅲ) and Eu(Ⅲ) complexes prepared with BDPPBD as ligand were determined showing that BDPPBD was an appropriate ligand for the fluorescence of Tb(Ⅲ).
