摘要
目的 探讨人工假体与股骨上端匹配与人工全髋关节置换术后无菌性松动之间的关系。方法 通过 15年全髋关节置换术后出现 15 6例松动、疼痛病人随访 ,其中X线片松动率为 6 4 %。 10年以上翻修 4 6例 ,翻修率为 2 9%。结果 全髋关节置换术后出现松动、疼痛病人与疾病的种类、假体的类型、骨水泥的使用、骨质质量以及假体与股骨上端匹配关系密切相关。
Objective To discuss the relationship between the matching relationship between artificial prosthesis and femoral superior extremity and asepsis looseness of total hip replacement.Methods The materials of one hundred and fifty six cases were reviewed which had looseness,pain after total hip replacement after 15 years following up.The looseness rate of X-ray was 64%.Overhaul cases were more than 10 years,the overhaul rate were 29%.Results The looseness,pain after total hip replacement had the relationship with the disease,tape of prosthesis,use of bone concrete,bone mass and the matching relationship between artificial prosthesis and femoral superior extremity.Conclusion The matching relationship between artificial prosthesis and femoral superior extremity is the main reason causing complications.
