摘要
用二甲基硅油蒸汽在氢火焰中燃烧的产物(白炭黑),获得高纯硅溶胶。以硅溶胶与固定液(E-301)形成的溶胶体系,动态法涂渍,成功地制备了具有高效、惰性和高热稳定性的玻璃毛细管色谱柱,此柱适于极性和非极性化合物的分离。
Inactive glass capillary chromatographic columns with high efficiency and highstability to heat were made.The sol formed by high purity silica sol with E-301was coated dynamically in glass capillary columns.The high purity silica solwas collected from the products of burning DC-220 vapor in hydrogen flame.This capillary chromatographic column fits for the seperation of polar andunpolar compounds.
