摘要
应用胸三角皮瓣为5例患者行全鼻再造术,经1～3年随访,疗效满意。采用胸三角皮瓣行全鼻再造能提供丰富的修复材料,切取方便,操作简单,供区隐蔽,需两次手术完成全鼻再造。术后皮瓣颜色质地好,外形满意。
The deltopectoral flaps were applied in 5 cases for whole nasal reconstruction. The follow-up period has lasted from 1 to 3 years and the results are satisfactory. This flap for whole nasal reconstuction provides abundant repair material. The operative procedure is simple, easy and the donor area is hide. The color and quality of the deltopectoral flap are good postoperation.
