摘要
利用微生态系统生物长期暴露试验,比较5种化学浸提剂对底泥重金属生物有效部分的浸提效果。结果表明,0.005mol·L-1DTPA+0.1mol·L-1TEA+0.01mol·L-1CaCl2,pH7.30是一种适合于食腐屑底栖动物的底泥重金属生物有效部分浸提剂;而0.005mol·L-1DTPA+1mol·L-1HN4HCO3,pH7.68则是一种适合于滤食性动物和水生根系植物的底泥重金属生物有效部分浸提剂。
With a micro-ecosystem bioassay test, we compared the extraction effi cacy of for bioavailable fractions of heavy metals in sediment by five selected solution. It has been shown that the solution 0.005 mol·L-1 DTPA + 0.1 mol·L -1 TEA + 0.01 mol·L-1CaCl2 with pH 7.30 was an eximious solution for extrac tion of the bioavailable fractions of heavy metals in sediment in benthic deposi t-feeders, while, the extraction solution 0.005 mol·L-1DTPA + 1 mol·L-1NH4 HCO3 with pH 7.68 was suitable for filter-feeders and rooted plants to extract the bio-effective fractions of heavy metals in the sediment.
