人发中总汞含量的测定 被引量:2

摘要 在硝酸和高氯酸混酸条件下采用微波消解法对人发进行前处理 ,利用冷原子吸收测汞仪对发样及发标进行测定 ,前处理方法空白小、准确性高、相对误差小 (发标相对误差为 +5.6 %) ,是较为理想的前处理方法。冷原子吸收测定方法则具有线性好 (相关系数为0.9997)、准确性高等特点 ,其中标准样品的相对误差为0.0 %。
