摘要
三江平原作为国家级生态功能区 ,承担着我国粮食生产安全和维持湿地生物多样性的重大功能。为了实现区域可持续发展 ,对水资源的利用方式提出了更高要求。本文分析了三江平原水资源开发利用状况及存在的潜在生态环境问题 ,基于资源与生态水利的内涵 ,提出了三江平原资源与生态水利的实施途径。
Sanjiang Plain is national ecological function area and undertakes the important functions of grain production safety and wetland biodiversity.In order to realize the sustainable development in area.there is a critical requirement for utilization of water resources.The article analyses the present status of water resources developed and its results in the potential ecological environment problems.based on the connation of resource and ecological water conservancy,provides the ways implemented of resource and ecological water conservancy in Sanjiand plain.
