摘要
本文以江油市城市生活垃圾处理厂为工程实例 ,介绍了垃圾前分选系统中的垃圾储料车间、行车与抓斗、垃圾上料机构、双层振动筛以及人工分选平台的工艺设计参数及设计依据 ,并在此基础上提出了该系统的改进建议。
Front sorting system is the key of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) disposal plant. This paper takes Jiangyou MSW disposal plant as a civil engineering example. It presents an introduction to the process design project and the designing basis for the MSW storage pit, bridge crane and grab bucket, wedge shaped belt conveyer as well as the double shaking screener. The flow charts of the process of the plant and front sorting system are showed as Fig.1 and Fig.2. The design parameters and the basis for MSW are listed in seven tables (Tables 1 7). Based on the analysis of these parameters, some good suggestions on how to put the design into practice are brought. A sketch map of improved wastes storehouse is given as Fig.4.
