在深圳市市政环卫综合处理厂十几年工作经验的基础上 ,分析了城市生活垃圾大规模焚烧过程中的物料分布、床层厚度、配风、热强度、着火、混合等问题 。
As the first municipal solid waste incineration power plant in China, Shenzhen Municipal and Sanitary Comprehensive Treatment Plant has been operated successively and successfully for more than ten years Using its operational experiments and scientific research results, this paper explored and analyzed some key problems in formation of large scale incineration process of low calorific value and high water content municipal solid waste, which are distribution of mass refuse, thickness of mass bed layer, air blowing control, thermal strength, ignition, and mixing behavior of grate Fundamental methods have been carried out for solving these problems and ensuring stable and effective incineration of municipal solid waste
