摘要
在新鲜尸体标本上经颞浅动脉注射染料,观察颞肌筋膜、颅骨骨膜及颅骨着色情况,证明用上述复合组织瓣可作成带血运的颅骨外板移植,我们应用于4例电烧伤后颅骨缺损及1例新鲜颅骨电烧伤,4例为带蒂移位,1例为吻合血管游离移植,均取得成功。为临床颅骨缺损及其它部位骨及软组织缺损的修复提供了一种有用的方法。
Based on the dye injection investigation, the territory of blood supply through the superficial temperal artery system was defined. Vascularized grafts, composed of temperal-parietal fascia, periosteum and outer-table of calvarial bone, can be transferred by microvascular anastomosis or transposed to repair full-thickness defects of skull bone was demonstrated. Six of such cases following electrical burn were successfully treated. The average size of skull bone defects was 50cm^2. The largest one among them was 80cm^2.
