微囊藻毒素对褶皱臂尾轮虫的毒性效应和种群增长影响 被引量:19

摘要 研究了微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)对咸淡水褶皱臂尾轮虫的急性毒性产应。采用克隆培养法,通过编制生命表计算内禀增长率(rm)、周限增长率(λ)、净生殖率(Ro)和世代时间(T),研究MC-LR的浓度在1-20μg/mL之间对轮虫种群增长参数的影响。结果表明,MC-LR的24h LC50为124。87μg/mL;各实验组轮虫的存活率和繁殖率及种群增长参数均低于对照组,其中以R0的改变最明显,对照组是实验组的2.4-3.8倍;实验组轮虫的雄体发生率是对照组的2倍以上。研究还显示了轮虫对MC-LR有较强的耐受能力;MC-LR能降低轮虫的生命周期、繁殖和群增长率;MC-LR能诱导轮虫雄性个体的发生。 The acute toxicity of microcystin(MC-LR) on the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis in salt and fresh water were studied. Using clonal culture and through compilation of life tables to calculate intrinsic increase rates (rm), finite increase rates(l), net reproductive rates (R0) and generation times(T), the effects of MC-LR in its concentration of 1~20mg/mL on the rotifer population growth parameter were studied. Results showed the 24h LC50 value for MC-LR was 124.87mg/mL. Survival and reproductive rates and population growth parameter of rotifer at each test group was lower than the control group, while R0 changed most distinctly, with its values ranged from 2.4 to 3.8 times lower at test groups as compared to the control group. Male rotifer occurrence rate of test groups was over 2 times larger than that of the control group. These results indicated that: Rotifer showed rather strong tolerant capacity toward MC-LR; MC-LR could decrease lifespan, fecundity and population growth rates of the rotifer; and MC-LR could lead to the occurrence of male rotifer.
