摘要
新沂市是徐连经济带上一个重要的中小城市。近年来 ,该市凭优越区位 ,借便利交通 ,经济迅速增长 ,为由小城市向中等城市的迈进奠定了雄厚的物质基础 ,发展成中等城市具有客观必然性 ,也存在限制因素 ,提出加强工业支柱、发展第三产业、搞好基础设施建设、改革户籍制度和城市用地制度、进行区划调整等发展对策。
Xinyi City adjoins Lianyungang City in the East and is near to Xuzhou City in the West.It is a important medium-sizes city of Xu-Lian economic zone.In 1990,Xinyi County was changed into a little city.During recent years,based on the advantageous location and the convenient communications its economic development is speedimg up and its economic level is steadily raising.And these make up the abundant material resources during the course of Xinyi City developing into a medium-sized city.
