摘要
利用曝气除油、引气气浮、化学除硅、树脂吸附和软化的方法对稠油污水进行处理 ,出水完全达到热采锅炉用水指标 ,可用于热采锅炉给水 。
According to effluent's characteristics such as high viscosity,low oil/water ratio,serious emulsification,high temperature and wide variation,technique for treating effluent from in-situ heavy oil recovery was developed in pilot scale,in which air flotation,chemocoaglation,resin-adsorption and ion-exchange processes are used. Experimental results demonstrate that oil content,SS,COD,SiO 2 and hardness in the treated water achieve the quality goal of boiler feedwater wholly.
