摘要
采用LI- 6 4 0 0红外气体分析仪 ,分别在生长初期、盛期、末期测定鹅掌楸和女贞净光合速率 ,用重量法测定叶面积。得到女贞的净光合速率、叶面积指数和同化CO2 及释O2 的能力均大于鹅掌楸的结论 。
Liriodendron chinese and Ligustrum lucidum are common green trees. In this paper, their net photosynthetic rate (Pn) were determined in different growth seasons: initial stage, flourishing stage and final stage and their gross leave area was also measured. The result showed that the net photosynthetic rate, the leave area indexes and the ability of CO 2 absorbing and O 2 releasing of Ligustrum lucidum were all better than of Liriodendron Chinese, which is very useful for the selection of green trees.
