摘要
从现代社会对人居环境的需求变化入手 ,结合可持续发展的基本原则 ,阐述了绿色住区的科学含义 ,指出当前我国城市住区的建设正朝着绿色化、智能化、规模化和郊区化的社会形态方向发展 .
From the change of the requirements in residential life of Chinese people and combining with the basic principle of sustainable development, the author expounded the meaning of green residential district, and pointed out the developing direction in urban residential construction is to be greenization,in telligentization and suburbanization.
