摘要
提出在液力变矩器叶栅系统设计中直接建立叶栅系统三维模型 ,采用一种几何变换方法精确求解液力变矩器叶栅数据 ,克服以往平面展开近似算法的误差 (尤其是轴面投影图中向心涡轮变矩器其涡轮进口及泵轮出口处其流线切线与轴线几乎平行时 ,投影计算法误差较大 ) .使设计计算结果更精确 .该方法简单易行 。
It is proposed to directly build a 3D model for the blade system and use a geometry transforming method to precisely calculate the cascade data for the hydrodynamic torque converter. In comparison with the traditional space-casting calculating method, the method proposed overcomes the error which occurs when the traditional plane-spreading approximate calculation method is used, especially when the tangent of flow line of the inlet on the turbine wheel and the outlet on the pump wheel is parallel to the axis of the centripetal turbine torque converter on the meridional plane casting graph. This method can be used to make the calculation easier and more accurate and give a mucll detailed description of the spatial structure of the cascade system.
