摘要
利率市场化改革 ,既有渐进模式 ,亦有激进模式。虽然实践表明激进式改革模式没有成功的先例 ,而渐进式改革多数取得了成功。但本文认为 ,利率市场化改革成功与否 ,固然与改革的具体模式有关 ,但关键还在于改革的过程中是否改善和提升了本国的制度环境。
There're two ways to carry out the market-oriented reform of interest rates: gradually or radically. Although the experiences have proved that more countries succeeded by gradual reform than those by radical reform, the author holds the view in this paper that the key factor in the process is the systematic arrangement. Then the author puts forward suggestions on the market-oriented reform of interest rates in our country.
