ISO9000认证:动机与收益 被引量:2

摘要 企业申请ISO90 0 0认证 ,其主要原因是希望通过建立一个ISO90 0 0标准认可的质量体系数来实现产品质量水平的提高 ,或将其作为长期战略中的重要一环 ,以此提高其市场竞争力 ,超过竞争对手。其收获是 :( 1)实现了产品质量水平的提高 ,增强了企业的市场竞争力 ;( 2 )拓展和提高了顾客的忠诚度 ;( 3)企业内部运行过程中失误减少 ,文化程度提高。
