摘要
本文首先就几种融资方式进行了分析、比较 ;而后就再融资方式的选择进行了研究 ,认为再融资方式的选择应以确立最优资本结构为宗旨 ,优先使用内部股权融资 ,其次是债务融资 ,最后选择外部股权融资。
At first this article makes the analysis and comparison on several kinds of financing methods and then makes a study on the selection of the financing method and at last draws a conclusion that the selection of the refinancing method should be used by establishing the optimizing capital structure as its target , first use the inner stock right financing and then the liability financing and finally the outer stock right financing.
