摘要
国际银行业从分业经营到混业经营反映了国际银行业防范风险能力的增强和逐利 ,适应了增强竞争力的内在需要 ,而我国的银行业则处于防范风险能力不强但却迫切需要增强盈利能力的两难困境。我国国有商业银行必须进行战略性改革 ,为我国银证业将来不可避免的混业经营创造条件。
The change from the specialized operation to the mixed operation in the international banking reflects the increasing capability of preventing against risks in order to strengthen the competitiveness. But our country's banking industries are in a predicament of weak capability in precautioning the risks and are in need of strengthening the profiting capability. Strategic reform must made in our country's commercial banks so as to create the condition for the inevitable mixed operation in our country's banking and security industry.
