摘要
为找出宝钢 2 0 30冷轧裸板易锈蚀的原因 ,将 2 0 30冷轧单元与 1 42 0冷轧单元进行了逐环节的比较 ,同时对各环节赋予钢板的性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,热轧制、酸洗、冷轧制、平整等环节对钢板耐蚀性能影响不大 ;影响巨大的是退火环节 ,而退火前的清洗与否不是钢板锈蚀行为好坏的决定因素。退火的影响主要体现在其使钢中的易氧化元素Mn、Si、Cr、Al等尤其是Mn在钢板表面发生过度析聚 (以氧化物形态 )。析出的氧化物相与金属铁构成腐蚀微电池、提高钢板表面Fe原子的活性及以其催化作用来加速钢板的腐蚀过程 (Fe→Fe2 ++ 2e- /( )O2 +H2 O + 2e- → 2OH- )。
In order to find the cause of easier rusting of 2030mm cold rolling uncoated sheet,the process of 2030mm cold rolling is compared with that of 1420mm cold rolling stage by stage.The characteristics of performances of steel sheet at different stages during the production are presented.The result indicates that annealing process produces a great impact on the performance of rust resistance of steel.The process of hot rolling,pickling,cold rolling and cleaning before annealing affects the peformance a little.The influence of annealing process will lead to the element(Mn,Si,Cr,Al,etc.in paticular Mn) enrichment on the suface layer of sheet in the form of oxides.The oxide segregation can accelerate the basic corrosion reactions,Fe→Fe 2+ +2e - and (1/2)O 2+H 2O+2e -→2OH -,respectively by applying anodic polarization (corrosion micro cell),enhancing the ability of Fe atom to escape from its original lattice,and favoring the adsorption and subsequent dissociation of O 2 and H 2O molecules (catalyzing).Therefore,the acceleration of oxide segregation causes easier rusting of sheet steel.
