摘要
根据 1 9种单种煤和 64个配煤方案在模拟焦炉 (SCO)上的试验 ,研究了原料煤性质对焦炭热性质的影响 ,并在此基础上建立了适用于宝钢焦炭热性质预测模型。实践表明 ,该模型能很好地预测焦炭热性质 。
Based on the tests of properties of 19 individual coals and the coking tests of 64 coal blendings in a simulated coke oven (SCO),the influence of coal properties on coke thermal properties is researched.A thermal quality prediction model which is suitable for Baosteel is established.Application has proved that the model can predict coke thermal qualities and conduct the coal blending effectively.
