摘要
1 999年 1 0月以后 ,梅山炼钢厂连铸生产中频繁出现中心裂纹 ,严重影响了铸坯质量。根据连铸坯结晶凝固过程应变理论及梅山炼钢厂生产实践 ,就连铸板坯中心裂纹的形成原因和影响因素逐一进行了探讨 。
The center cracks occured frequently during the porduction of continuous cast slabs in Meishan Steelmaking plant after Oct,1999,which affected the quality of slab significantly.According to the strain theory for crystallization solidification of continuous slab and the practice,the reasons and influence factors of center cracks cast slab are discussed.Some effective measures are also put forward.
