摘要
以HF -H2 SO4 -仲辛醇钽铌萃取体系的工业级反钽液为原料 ,用N5 0 3+煤油 +改质剂A为萃取剂 ,在低酸条件下部分萃取 ,使部分钽被萃入有机相中 ,与铌及杂质进一步分离 ,在碱性条件下反萃取得高纯钽液 ,经中和、洗涤、烘干、煅烧获得高纯氧化钽。
High-purity Ta_2O_5 is obtained by low-acid partial extraction from commercial Ta stripping solution of HF-H_2SO_4-Paraoct and Ta/Nb extraction system,using N503+Kerosene+modifier A as extractant so that part of Ta is extracted into the organic phase followed by further separation from Nb and impurity,stripping under alkali condition to obtain high-quality Ta solution,followed by neutrallization;washing;drying and calcination to result in high-purity Ta_2O_5.
