摘要
对电液伺服阀故障进行准确快速诊断十分重要。以喷嘴挡板式电液伺服阀为研究对象 ,分析伺服阀特性曲线与故障的关系 ,提出基于特性曲线的伺服阀故障诊断方法。通过实验提取一些常见故障模式的特性曲线 ,运用 BP神经网络 ,实现了电液伺服阀的故障诊断和模式识别。运用的神经网络结构简单 ,训练次数少 ,识别准确率较高 。
The electro-hydraulic servo-valve is the critical component with high fault rate in an electro-hydraulic servo system. So it is very important to diagnose the fault quickly. This paper takes a muzzle baffle electro-hydraulic servo-valve as research object and analyses the relationship between characteristic curve of servo-valve and its fault.The fault diagnosis method which is based on the characteristic curve of servo-valve is developed in this study. We picked the characteristic curve of the usual fault modal by the experiment and applied a BP network in fault diagnosis. And then we completed the fault diagnosis and modal identification. The neural network with simple constructure, less training time and high accuracy, is an effective way to make fault diagnosis and modal identification of the electro-hydraulic servo-valve.
