摘要
分析了锥形立铣刀侧铣加工的特点并给出了其通用刀位算法 ,讨论了四坐标侧铣加工中存在加工误差的原因并把误差分为由四坐标加工自身的局限性引起的误差和由法矢异向引起的误差 ,推导了误差的具体计算公式。给出了误差的分布规律及改进的刀位算法。
The characteristics of 4-coordinate NC machining using cone-shaped ball cutter is analyzed and a commercial algorithm for completing cutter location calculation is given. The reasons causing machining errors are analyzed and the errors are classified into two types: the error caused by the limitation of 4-coordinate NC machining and the error caused by the different direction of the normal vector. The formulae to calculate the errors are given respectively, and the distribution of the errors and an algorithm to reduce them are also given.
