摘要
据统计,液压系统中有70%以上的故障是由于液压油遭受污染所造成,滤油器使油液的清洁度控制在运动部件所能承受的范围内,保证机械设备达到令人满意的性能与寿命。文章在介绍液压系统滤油器的主要类型、功能和主要性能参数的基础上,分析和讨论了滤油器选用、安装和使用方面的基本要求和管理技术。
Statistically, more than 70% of hydraulic system failures are caused by contamination of hydraulic oil. The oil filter controls cleanness of the oil within the limits that the running parts can bear, so that good performances and longer service life of the mechanical equipment are ensured. The paper introduces major types, functions and technical parameters of the oil filter in hydraulic system. It also analyzes and discusses the basic requirements and managing techniques on selection, installation and use of the oil filter.
