摘要
阐述了传统农业给社会提供了丰富的食品和农业原料的同时 ,也出现了一些新的问题和负面影响 .建议在经济发达的沿海地区 ,借鉴国外发达国家农业发展经验 ,借鉴国内市场的需求旺市和加入WTO的契机 ,摒弃传统农业观念 ,树立全新的农业发展理念 ,建立新的农村体制 ,大力发展环境农业 。
This paper expounds that while the traditional agriculture provides the society with rich food and agricultural raw materials,some new problems and negative influences have appeared in it.It is suggested that we should get rid of the traditional ideas in agriculture,set up a completely new idea in agricultural development,establish new rural system and vigorously develop environmental agriculture so as to realize the modernization of agriculture in the economically developed coastal regions through using the experience in agriculture development of the developed countries at abroad and taking the opportunity of great demand on the domestic market and China′s entry into the WTO.
