摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定双唑泰泡腾片中三组分的含量。方法:采用SPHERI-5 RP-18(220mm×4.6mm,5μm)。甲醇—水—三乙胺(60:40:0.5)用冰醋酸调pH值至4.0为流动相,260nm为检测波长。结果:双唑泰泡腾片中三组分甲硝唑,克霉唑,醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为0.1~1mg/ml(γ=0.9995),0.08~O.8mg/ml(γ=0.9998),0.004~0.04mg/ml(γ=0.9998),平均回收率分别为100.1%、99.8%、99.3%。RSD分别为0.8%、0.5%、0.4%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,快速、准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of three contents in metronidazole clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate effervescent tablets by RP-HPLC.Method: Using RP-HPLC with SPHERI-5 RP-18 column,methanol,water and triethylaminum(60:40:0.5)(adjusted the mixture with glacial acetic acid to pH4.0)as the mobile phase.Detection wave-length was 260nm Results:The cali- bration curves were linear in the range of 0.1~1mg/ml(λ=0.9995)for metronidazole and 0.08~0.8mg/ ml(λ=0.9998)for clotrimazole and 0.004~0.04mg/ml(λ=0.9998) for chlorhexidine acetate the average recoveries(n=6)of metronidazole,clotrimazole and chlorhexidine acetate were 100.1%(RSD=0.8%), 99.8%(RSD-0.5%)and 99.3%(RSD=0.4%)Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and results is accurate reliable.
