摘要
在自然条件下的土池中,使用发酵粪肥7—8公斤/米~3作底肥培养轮虫,在增殖高峰期轮虫密度可达40,000个/升。用自制的轮虫培养液代替粪肥进行轮虫培养,增殖高峰期轮虫密度可达183,890个/升,生物量为459.425毫克/升。
