摘要
为了对大型灌区现状和节水改造紧迫程度进行评价 ,在系统科学地评价灌区现状水平的基础上 ,通过分析研究表征灌区现状水平的关键指标 ,并对其值进行横比处理 ,采用权重综合评价方法对灌区进行综合评价。通过对灌区现状的评价 ,得出不同灌区节水改造的紧迫程度。通过实例分析 。
In order to evaluate the present situation of large-sized irrigation districts and urgency of water saving reform, comprehensive evaluation of irrigation district is conducted based on systematic scientific evaluation of the present situation of irrigation district, by using weight comprehensive evaluation method through analysis of key index indicating the present level of irrigation district and crosswise comparison the index among the districts. Through evaluation of the situation of irrigation district, the urgency of water saving reform is estimated. The possibility of practical use of the situation evaluation is proved by case study.
