摘要
加快病险水库除险加固,确保水库安全,充分发挥防洪和兴利效益,对促进国民经济发展和人民生活水平的提高,具有重要意义。提高水库防洪标准主要采用加高大坝、增加水库调蓄洪水能力和扩建、增建溢洪道的办法,提高水库工程质量重点要解决好防渗问题。
It is of great significance to promote national economy development and enhance living standard of residents by speeding up rehabilitation and reinforcement of ill and sick reservoirs, guaranteeing reservoir safety and achieving flood control benefits. Main measures include heighten dams, increase storage and regulation capacity of reservoir, enlarging and newly building spillways, etc. The key point to improve quality of reservoirs lies in anti-seepage.
