摘要
对40例肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血的病人进行急诊或择期的内镜下食道曲张静脉套扎术,急诊止血率100％,再出血率5％,止血成功率95％,静脉曲张消失率45％,红色征阳性消失率70％,疗效优于内科药物和硬化剂治疗.
To the 40 cases patients of burst bleeding of cirrhosis esophagus varicose was executed to treat or treated esophagus in EVL selection the period,stop bleeding rate for emergency is 100% , rebleeding is 5% , successfully stop bleeding is 95% , disappear rate of varicose is 45% , disappear rate of positive on red feature is 70% ,curative effect is better than internal medicine and sclerosis dose.
