摘要
对 2 0 0 1年全国青少年体操锦标赛双杠动作进行了统计与分析 .结果表明 ,我国青少年运动员在掌握双杠动作类型方面较为单一 ;动作难度和成套动作均与规则要求有较大差异 ;用新规则指导青少年的训练和比赛也不甚适宜 .
The statistical analysis on the actions of parallel bars in the 2001 National teenagen gymnastic Championships shows the following our gymnasts only master those simple actions. There is a big gap between our action difficulties and competition. The author analyzes these problems and puts forward some suggestions and solutions.
