摘要
在 0 1mol/L的碱性条件下 ,NBS (N -溴代琥珀酰亚胺 )在荧光素的增敏作用下氧化氯化铵 ,产生强的化学发光 .基于此详细研究了其反应的特性和影响因素 ,在优化的实验条件下体系对氯化铵的测定范围为 0 1~ 15mg/L ,检出限为 0 0 36mg/L ,对 5 0mg/L氯化铵进行 11次平行测定 ,其RSD为 2 8% .将本法用于环境水样中NH+ 4 的分析 ,并与常规的方法进行对照 。
A chemiluminescence(CL) flow system is described for the determination of ammonium chloride based on its oxidation with NBS in the media of 0.1 mol/L alkaline media accompanied with chemiluminescence. The system responds linearly to ammonium chloride concentration in the range 0 1~15 mg/L with a detection limit (3 σ ) of 0 036 mg/L and relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2 8% for 5 mg/L ammonium chloride ( n =11). The system has been successfully applied to the determination of ammonium chloride in three water samples.
