摘要
本文开发研制了一个用于化工过程故障诊断的实时专家系统 CPFD.该系统由动态数据库、知识库、推理机构和人一机界面等部分组成,知识库由带有确定性因子的产生式规则组成,推理机构(即故障诊断问题求解机构)采用不确定性推理、最佳深度优先控制策略与正反向混合搜索策略.该诊断系统已成功地应用于某大型工业催化裂化装置.
This paper develops a real-time expert system CPFD for fault diagnosis in chemical processes.Thissystem consists of dynamic database,knowledge base with editor,inference engine and man-machine in-terface.Knowledge base is composed of a series of production rules with certainty factor.Inference engineuses reasoning with uncertainty,“optimal depth first”control strategy and bidirectional search algorithm.The proposed system has been successfully applied to a large production scale catalytic cracker.
